                This  is a new program aiming to seek native English speaking teachers to teach various subjects in high schools in Thailand so as  to boost Thai educational  standard to that of  the  international for the  Thai students.

Full-time Work

                UCE collaborates with the public schools in Thailand to recruit the native English speaking teachers to teach English and other subjects in private and public  schools  in  Thailand.   This is due to the fact that there is  a high demand of the foreign teachers in our educational system which now emphasizes the learning of the English Program (EP), the Mini English Program (MEP) and the bi-lingual study.   And all these programs have been very popular in Thai schools, both public and private, nowadays.  

                We now seek qualified native English speakers, either overseas or in Thailand at present, to teach English or other various subjects in our public schools all over Thailand.   If you are a native speaker of the English language and interested to teach here for a year or more,  please fill out the application form  here and have it posted to  UCE office -  16  Soi  Wipawadee Rangsit 16/25, Wipawadee Rangsit Road, Dindaeng, Bangkok 10400, attentioned to Miss Rattana Udomsripan - together with a copy of your passport and  two  2” photos.  

If you are selected to be our teachers, you will be under supervision of  UCE  which will oversee the matters of  contract signing, the documentation and all legal matters, the compensation and other fringe benefits, and others involved. 

The compensation  will  be approximately 30,000 – 50,000 Baht per month.   The maximum will depend on ability and experience and there is opportunity to grow to administration level.  

1)     For the native speakers  who is cable to teach English and other subjects.  He can choose to teach temporary to  suit the  duration of time convenient to the required school. 

2)     Native teachers can apply to teach English language and be part of our  English & Fun Camp  (EFC),  3 - 5 day camp. (Application form for EFC) 

Teachers’ Qualifications   ( FULL-TIME )

The required qualifications are as below :-

1. Be a native English  speaker  living in the USA, Canada, Australia, England,  New  Zealand or other English speaking countries. 
2. Aged between 25 - 60 years of age.
3. Possess Bachelor Degree or  Higher Certificate or  TESOL or TEFL Certificate.
4. Having no record of criminal commission.
5. Flexible, energetic, adaptable, fun-loving, enjoy being and doing activities with children.
6. Can work full time:  5 working days from Monday – Friday, 07.30 – 16.30 H.
7. Able to teach at least  20 hours/week.
8. Possess a legal teacher’s license.
9. Possess at least one or two years teaching experience in that field of study or subject.
10.  Able to design teaching lessons and enhance the teaching and learning process in each class taught.  
11. Able to use computer and other technology related to the teaching. 
12. Be willing to respect and adapt oneself to suit the Thai socio-cultural context. 
13. Be ready to work harmoniously with the Thai teachers.
14. Be ready to be involved in all activities organized at school.
15. Be patient and compromising to solve any problems occurred at the best ability.

Fringe Benefit

                Support  regarding  contract signing and legal matters,  visa, work permit and others  will be provided.
